Returns:

We offer a very generous 60-day returns window should you need to return any unused (in original condition) item(s). You do not have to provide us with a reason for the return, however, you are liable for the return postage costs which are non-refundable. If you live local to Leeds, you may drop your item(s) off in person to avoid postage charges.

Please see your returns paperwork attached to your parcel for further instructions.

Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please ensure the item(s) are well packed as damages caused in transit due to insufficient protection may not be eligible for a refund.
